Baking has always been my passion and happy place! I've been baking for 15 years. I rekindled my love in 2020, when the pandemic started, when I took a different path and left the medical field for a coffee shop bakery. It immediately felt like home. 

My mama (Hope) planted the seed! Connie’s cookie shop was near our house and she would take me every Saturday after basketball practice or the occasional grocery store  trip. The sweet baker recognizes my face whenever I’m home for a visit no matter how long it’s been! She sobbed and held me when she learned my mama had left this world. It’s deeper than cookies! I HOPE to create that magic & core memory for someone else! 

Full of Hope is named after my late mama who would be so proud of me for following my dreams! She was my biggest cheerleader when she was alive, losing her so suddenly as a child has been the most difficult journey, but I know she is still cheering me on. Along with my amazing husband supporting all of the crazy ideas I have.

Baking is my creative brain. Some people draw, some people write songs or poems, I bake. I find or come up with fun flavor combos and love pushing the realms of a cookie and introducing these gourmet stuffed cookies to anyone I come across. I love breaking the boundaries of what cookies mean to people and with the flavor combos & things we put in cookies. I also love getting to connect with and make friendships with other small business owners.
I’m excitedly planning to open up a bakery storefront one day, but until then, I’ll be baking my heart out in our kitchen whenever the military sends us.
